Robin's Nest Cabin

• 1 bedroom with double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room

• 1 full bathroom

• Cast-iron tub in sleeping room

• Towels provided

• Check out before 10:00 AM

• Minimum age to rent: 21

• We are pet friendly for well-behaved dogs only (we do not take cats)

• Smoking allowed on the porch only

• Distance to Kokanee Springs Golf Course: 5 min drive

• Distance to Kootenay Lake: 5 min drive

• Distance to Kootenay Lake Ferry Terminal: 10 min drive

• No smoking inside of cabins.

• Limit of 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 small children) for the Robin’s Nest, Limit of 4 adults for Kingfisher Cabin (or 2 adults and 3 children)

• Children under 5 must have adult supervision while outside (ponds could be hazardous)

• Dogs allowed (with restrictions- dog must have own bed, be well-behaved and can not be left alone in the cabins) Limit of 1 large dog or 2 small dogs. Extra one-time cleaning fee for pet...$50 (No cats allowed)

• A reservation deposit of 50% of the total fee is due at time of booking 

• The remaining balance is due upon arrival 

• In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded, unless another renter is found for the cancelled period. 

• Check in time is from 4:00 to 9:00 PM

• Check out time is 10:00 AM

• Tenants agree to leave the house tidy at the end of their stay or pay a CAD 80.00 cleaning fee
